Understanding The Big Five Personality Traits In The Workplace
Personalities are often the source of many business problems.
They not only affect relationships.
They also affect how employees react to things.
As an example, different personalities react to processes differently.
Thus, trying to tackle the objective factors of a problem is wasteful unless tackling personality differences takes place too.
That begins with effectively assessing personalities.

They are the generally accepted standard for use and research.
Yet, they can work much better for us.
A key way is to get beyond the subtle biases that color much of the information on these.
They lead us to think some traits are good and others bad. In fact, all traits offer business advantages.
To tackle these biases so the big five can help us assess personalities better, take a look at my post, Understanding The Big Five Personality Traits For Use At Work" on my blog
Change Management Consultant Mike Lehr explains why is it important to understand personality types in the workplace so you know how to deal with different personalities at work in this blog post.
