Simply put the fresh produce through a good masticating (preferable) juicer and add in the liquid and dry ingredients at the end (ACV, pepper, honey). Oil of oregano
Oil of oregano is another keeper for the medicine cabinet for effective immune system support when you need it the most. In fact, essential oils like oregano are purported to support the body’s natural elimination processes for removal of dangerous pathogens, which would be a much nicer solution than popping a prescription pill.
